About us - who we are, the senior management team.
Welcome to St Georges Community Housing Limited, established since April 2007.
St Georges Community Housing Limited is a company especially set up by Basildon District Council to manage the District's council-owned housing stock.
St Georges Community Housing Limited is entirely owned by Basildon Council and is managed by a board of directors whose membership comprises Council nominees as well as; tenants, leaseholders and independent people from within the Basildon District.
- Our vision is:- "To provide a strong future together, investing in homes, neighbourhoods and lives".
- Our mission statement is: ‘St Georges Community Housing will work in partnership with the Council and its residents to develop a district and community where people are proud to live. We will do this by providing excellent customer-driven services and ensuring Decent Home funding is available to the district’.
St Georges is committed to working closely with our customers, our service partners, Basildon Council and other agencies, in order to achieve this vision for everybody living in one of our homes.
