Tenant Reward Scheme
Earn a £100 cash reward!... for being a good tenant
We really value our good tenants, so our reward scheme is a way to say 'thank you' to those who:
- pay their rent
- look after their home
- and who live in peace with their neighbours.
As at April 2009 we have 1400 tenants in our Tenant Reward Scheme.
Scheme members are to be entered into a prize draw four times a year, and the lucky winners are to each receive £100!
As the scheme develops and numbers grow, we look forward to providing many more benefits to our members!
How to qualify for the Tenant Reward Scheme
To qualify for membership of the Tenant Reward Scheme you must have:-
- been a tenant of St Georges Community Housing or Basildon Council for at least 12 months
- a clear rent account for 6 consecutive weeks or, if in arrears to keep to a repayment agreement for 12 months
- no other breaches of the tenancy agreement including anti-social behaviour
- no other monies owing to Basildon Council, i.e. sundry debtor, housing benefit over payment, Council Tax or rechargeable repair
If you can satisfy the above conditions then it's just a matter of registering with us.
How to become a reward scheme member
Just pop into your nearest local area housing office where you can pick up and complete a short registration form.
Alternatively, you can simply Download a Tenant Reward Scheme Registration Form  which you should complete and return to your nearest local area housing office, or you can post it back to us at the address shown on the form.
