Leaseholder Service Charges
What do leaseholders pay service charges for?
Leaseholders are required to contribute for their share of:
- Day to day repairs, including structural repairs to the building and common parts.
- Planned maintenance
- Cleaning, if it is carried out for the block
- Electricity and lighting for communal areas
- Lift maintenance
- Administration charges
- Insurance
