Leaseholders - How to Pay Us
We recommend that leaseholders pay their Service Charge Account by Direct Debit as this method reduces the administration charges to the leaseholder.
When will my service charge bill arrive?
In June each year every leaseholder will receive a statement of the actual costs for the previous year and estimated costs for the current year.
Invoices are issued annually.
What if I can't pay?
If you are a leaseholder who is experiencing difficulty paying the service charges, please contact our Leasehold Services Team, to discuss payment arrangements.
