Protecting Vulnerable People
Vulnerable adults - Our code of practice.
Abuse is a violation of a person's human and civil rights by any other person or person.
St Georges Community Housing Ltd has policies and procedures for dealing with any such matters.
Abuse can include physical, sexual, discriminatory, emotional, financial, institutional or neglect.
In April 2007 St Georges Community Housing adopted the Essex Vulnerable Adults Committee (EVAC), "Guidelines for the Protection of Vulnerable Adults from Abuse".
