Are you interested in becoming a 'Mystery Shopper'
 | As a invaluable aid to maintaining high standards of service St Georges uses volunteers from amongst its own tenants and leaseholders to act as 'mystery shoppers'.
This is because our own customers are the best people to test the quality of our services.
St Georges Community Housing has recruited 35 mystery shoppers to test the quality of our services.
Mystery shoppers have been provided with training in ‘shopping techniques’ since in April 2007.
Once our services have been tested, Service Managers and the Board receive reports and consider any improvements that need to be made.
Each mystery shopper is rewarded for their time and effort with high street vouchers.
If you are a tenant or leaseholder and are interested in becoming a mystery shopper, contact our Tenant Participation Team. |

We mystery shop our services every 3 months and any resulting actions are approved by the Service Improvement and Performance Committee.

Eddie Perriam, Deputy Chair of St Georges Service Improvement and Performance Committee, was pleased at the valuable contribution made by customers towards improving our services, and said;
‘We are committed to listening and acting on what customers tell us about our services.
Customers experiences will shape services now and in the future. We intend to make the most of shoppers skills by testing one service area each quarter.".
If you would like be one of our mystery shoppers, please contact St Georges Tenant Participation Team. |
