The Russell Sharp Resource Centre for tenants
The Russell Sharp Resource Centre is run by volunteers and supported by St Georges Community Housing. The Centre is based at the Basildon Centre, (next to our Central Area Housing Office) .
The Russell Sharp Resource Centre provides the following services for use by SGCH tenants:
- Information about services provided by Basildon Council and St Georges Community Housing
- Advice and training on using computers and internet access
- A photocopying and fax facility
- Copies of agendas and minutes of meetingsˇ
- A Repairs Surgery is held on Thursday mornings (10am - 12:00 noon) to help resolve any repairs problems
- a library of useful documents for customers
- website access to Housemark
 (a not-for-profit organisations dedicated to improving housing standards and value for money)
All Basildon District residents (tenants, leaseholders and owner-occupiers) are welcome to drop-in and speak to the tenant and leaseholder representatives.
