As part of the Government’s Energy Efficiency Commitment, St Georges Community Housing in partnership with Basildonwise and Miller-Pattison, is now offering free loft and cavity wall insulation to all its tenants and leaseholders.
As a tenant or leaseholder of St Georges Community Housing Ltd, you could save between £80 and £100 annually on future energy bills!!!
Around half of your home’s heat escapes through un-insulated walls, wasting a majority of your home’s energy and resulting in higher fuel bills. Cavity wall and loft insulation can help reduce this loss!!

and ask about free loft and cavity wall insulation.
Installing cavity wall insulation
Cavity wall insulation is quick and clean to install.
A trained technician from one of St Georges approved contractors will drill small holes into the outside wall of your property and fill the cavity between the inner and outer walls with the insulation material.
Once installed, cavity wall insulation requires no maintenance.
