Our Service Delivery Plan
St Georges Community Housing set up for business in April 2007 and publishes an Annual Service Delivery Plan in consultation with:-
- tenants and leaseholders
- Basildon Council
- our service partners and agencies.
The Annual Service Delivery Plan sets out:
- the direction that we want the company to take in the future
- what our goals are
- key improvement priorities for the coming year
- how St Georges will fit into the plans of Basildon Council and the other partners

Annual Service Improvement Plan
Our Annual Service Improvement Plan contains information on the key projects supporting the 2008-2009 Delivery Plan
Project information is presented in four stages as follows:

| Research, establish project goal, resources and capacity as well as the essential outcomes required with which to measure the final success of the project |

| The majority of project work is carried out in either Stage 2 or 3. Stage 2 & 3 tasks typically include: consultation and engagement, tender processes, training, analysis and testing. The nature of the project determines whether the above tasks are carried out early on in the project in Stage 2, or later on in Stage 3. |
