Performance Targets

Performance targets are set against our services areas and these are regularly monitored to make sure they are being met.

The tenant representatives' top ten performance targets - We asked Tenant Representatives to choose the service areas that they felt would be of most interest to our customers.



Performance Information & Statistics

In November 2007 we surveyed 11,267 tenants and 1,652 leaseholders to find out how satisfied they were with the services we provide.

A total of 1953 responses were received from tenants and 210 from leaseholders.

Surveys give our customers a good opportunity to comment on our services and let us know how well we’re doing.

Tenant and Leaseholder Satisfaction Survey Action Plan

St Georges Community Housing has an agreed Action Plan.

The Action Plan is designed to enable us to further improve our customer satisfaction levels and to make sure we do everything necessary to achieve the best possible performance levels as time goes on.

Some examples of our 2009/10 performance targets are:-
  • 82% of tenants satisfaction with the overall housing service provided
  • 98% of tenants satisfaction with the quality of repairs carried out
  • 99% of tenants satisfaction with gas servicing and repairs
  • 73% of tenants satisfaction with participation opportunities
