St Georges Community Housing - Board Meetings
The Board comprises all 15 Members of the St Georges Community Housing management board, who meet regularly to review and make decisions on:-

- Housing management strategy
The role of the management board of St Georges Community Housing Ltd.
The Management Board of St Georges Communty Housing Ltd has overall responsibility for directing the Company’s business, and for making sure the Company operates within the terms of its official management agreement with Basildon District Council.
The Company's core functions include:–
- To define and ensure compliance with the values and objectives of the Company as set out in the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- To set long and short term strategic plans to achieve those objectives.
- To control the overall effective operation of the Company in terms of its use of resources, financial viability and achievement of aims and objectives.
- To agree policies and make decisions on all matters to ensure that the Company delivers services and acts effectively.
- To oversee a framework of delegation and systems of control to ensure the effective and efficient day to day management of the Company.
