Decent Homes Programme - Works planned for 2009/10
Various Decent Homes Progamme works have been prioritised for 2009/10.
Delivery of improvement works is prioritised by the Decent Homes guidelines and the age of the property components (i.e, windows, wiring, boilers etc.), under consideration for improvement.
The following list shows the streets in which Council properties are scheduled to have Decent Homes improvement work carried out during 2009/10.
The following improvement work list is not exhaustive and we cannot guarantee that all properties within each road will qualify for improvement works.
This may be because a property has already been included in a previous improvement programme, or following a technical survey and inspection it may be decided that the property is not suitable for a particular improvement.
