To guide us St Georges has produced the following strategy documents containing details of what we aim to achieve and the steps we will take to get there. The Asset Management Strategy 2007-2013 - sets out a number of key actions to be undertaken in order for us to achieve our Decent Homes objectives and to improve our standards of service and operational delivery. The Procurement Strategy 2007-2012 - to ensure that all procurement processes are managed effectively and within legal requirements whilst obtaining value for money. The Communication Strategy - Dec 2007 - sets out how St Georges Community Housing intends to promote its services to customers, staff and other agencies.
