St Georges Community Housing Ltd moves to new head office
Since 26 November 2007 St Georges Community Housing (SGCH) Ltd has gathered all of its housing management services together under one roof.
5-8 Dunton Court, Aston Road, Laindon is the new head office location, adjacent to Laindon Community Centre and at the rear of the NHS building in High Road, Laindon.
The one stop housing services provided at our Dunton Court head office include; Laindon area housing office, tenant participation, sheltered housing, home ownership and leaseholder services, rent accounting, service improvement and anti-social behaviour.
The Careline emergency care alarm and out-of hours emergency service will remain in the Basildon Centre.
Area housing offices at the Basildon Centre, Pitsea and Felmores will continue to provide a service where tenants, leaseholders and residents will be able to report repairs and defects, discuss rent accounts, estate management, make enquires about sheltered housing or speak to a housing officer.
