Emergency Care Alarm Service
Providing Care & Reassurance in our Community
Careline for Castle Point and Rochford residents
Careline provides a
monitoring only service
to clients in Castle Point and Rochford.
As part of the monitoring only service keyholders and relatives are relied upon to attend any emergency calls.
If keyholders and relatives are unavailable to attend then Careline will contact the Police to gain entry.
In all other respects the service is the same and the
rental charge
is the same.
The
Careline newsletter
is posted to clients twice each year to make sure they are kept up-to-date with what’s happening with the service.
If you're a resident of Castle Point or Rochford District and would like to find out more about Careline please
contact us
for further information and/or an application pack.
Castle Point and Rochford Districts each have their own Careline Officer.
The Careline team member for Castle Point and Rochford District is responsible for installations and replacing any faulty alarms or pendants in those districts.
