On Monday 4th July 2011 St Georges Community Housing transferred all housing management functions back to Basildon Borough Council. These services include information and services for tenants, leaseholders and landlords, including rents, repairs, Anti-Social Behaviour and Careline.

Services from this date are now provided by Basildon Borough Council Housing Service, to council tenants and leaseholders.
